The hat looked fine overall, but it fit tighter than I expected for my usual size. Maybe my head’s just being picky, or I should’ve double-checked the sizing before ordering, but it didn’t feel as comfortable as I hoped.

"The “Big Deals” Weren’t Really Big Deals"
I went on billioncreation.com expecting a little treasure hunt moment, like maybe I’d stumble onto some amazing sale and feel like I outsmarted the internet. Instead, it was kind of a letdown. Most of the stuff I actually wanted either had no discount at all or was marked down so slightly it barely felt worth noticing.
The discount sections sounded promising, but once I started clicking around, the whole thing felt underwhelming. A few prices looked the same as usual to me. Maybe I showed up at the wrong time, but in my dramatic little shopping saga, this was not the victory scene I was hoping for.

"Something felt off"
I ordered a cap the tags and stitching just didn’t look right compared to my authentic one — or, I guess I should say, the one I know is authentic. Customer service told me everything was fine, but I still don’t feel confident about it. Probably won’t order from them again.

"Issue got sorted out in the end"
I had a small issue with my order at first because the tracking wasn’t updating, so I started to get a bit worried like most customers probably would.
I emailed them and it took about a day to hear back, but once they replied, they checked into it properly, explained what had happened, and updated the shipping info for me.
The package arrived fine after that. It wasn’t a perfect experience since I did have to follow up, but they handled it without making things difficult, and I think other customers would appreciate that too. I’d use them again

"Got the Wrong Color Hat"
I ordered a hat in a specific color, but when it showed up, it was a different one. The size was right, so at first I thought maybe I could just deal with it, but it was frustrating because I picked that color for a reason and it kind of took the excitement out of getting it.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and then I still had to go through the hassle of sending it back. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but it left me feeling annoyed because getting the order right seems like the most basic part.

"I literally went in just looking for..."
I literally went in just looking for one hat and somehow ended up browsing way longer than planned. Not complaining, but why is it so hard to find stores that don’t just carry the same three brands over and over? This place actually had a solid mix of streetwear and team gear, which was refreshing. I spotted Brixton, New Era, and a few other brands I actually like. The layout was easy to get around too, so I wasn’t digging through a mess just to find something decent.

I had to exchange a hat for a different size, and overall it went smoothly. It did take a few days to hear back, which was sorta annoying, but once they replied they handled it fine and got the new one sent out. Not perfect, but still a good experience overall.

"Tracking updates messed up my plans"
The order turned out fine in the end, but the tracking was frustrating. I kept checking for updates and it basically showed nothing for days, then the shipping email came way later than it should have. I had made plans around when I thought it would arrive, so the lack of info kind of ruined that and left me guessing. The package did eventually show up, just slower than expected and with way less communication than I’d hoped.
